Domestic Shipping

• Shipping time is generally 7-10 business days (7-14 business days March through May).
• Your order will be sent via UPS or USPS (carrier determined by weight of package).
• Most items are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.
• Due to the high volume of orders for graduation supplies March through May, orders can take up to 5 business days to ship out. Orders for multiple graduation supplies may also require additional processing time. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders received after 8:00 a.m. ET will be processed the next business day. (HSLDA is closed on all United States federal holidays)
• Please remember that the Time in Transit chart below is based on carrier shipping time. This does not include the time it takes for your order to be processed in our office.
• For your convenience, an email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
• Gift certificates/coupons cannot be used towards shipping.
• If you purchase both pre-ordered and in-stock items, all items will be mailed when your pre-ordered items are available.
• The timeliness of service to destinations outside the continental US may be affected by the limited availability of transportation.
• Media Mail is restricted to the shipment of books, CDs, and DVDS.

 International Shipping Policy:

• Most items are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
• Orders received after 8:00 a.m. ET will be processed the next workday. (HSLDA is closed on all United States federal holidays)
• International orders are shipped via USPS. USPS does not provide tracking numbers for international packages.
  
• Shipping time is determined by the USPS shipping method you choose.
• When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
• HSLDA is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. HSLDA cannot send replacements or issue refunds for packages lost by the USPS or the destination country's Postal Service.
  

 Expedited Shipping:

• You may choose to have your item shipped by a faster method. However, even if the time in transit is 1 day please note that this does not always mean that your package will arrive the next day. We do not ship on weekends and federal holidays and orders placed after 8:00 a.m. ET will be processed the next business day. Please call us at (540) 338-8670 if you have questions.
