Personalized items can take up to an additional three business days to process. If you need your personalized item right away, we recommend you select the "Rush Printing" option for your order. This ensures that your personalized item will go out the next business day.

Please read the following carefully:

1. The Rush Printing option refers to how quickly we begin printing your personalized items. Please note that your selected printing speed will NOT affect the item's in-transit shipping time.

2. Since we begin work immediately on your personalized items, no changes can be made to orders with a Rush Printing option once you have submitted the order.

3. No orders can be processed on federal holidays.

4. Please verify the email address on your order is current, so that an email with your item's tracking number can be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.

5. If you purchase both back/pre-ordered items along with in-stock items, all items will be mailed when your pre-ordered items are available.
