Returns & Refunds:
  • You can return items within 30 days of your order/shipping/receipt date. 
  • Returned items must be in resalable condition. 
  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable.

Personalized Diplomas:

  • Personalized diplomas are non‑refundable. 

Dated Graduation Items:

  • Class T‑shirts and tassels can’t be returned after May 1.
