I have now purchased these cards for two different school years. They are excellent quality with a clear picture and clearly stated information. The parents names and phone numbers are on the back as well as HSLDA's contact information in case of emergency.
These card allow your student to get discounts at places that offer them. For example, we got MS Office for $40 by scanning a copy of one son's HSLDA ID. Also, if your student is ever off on their own during school hours, particularly older students who may be approached by authorities, it's good to have a legitimate card, with HSLDA and parental contact info on it for them to present.
I highly recommend this product for the discounts alone!

I was having problems trying to complete my order for two ID’s. After two hours of trying to submit a photo or just complete the order process, I finally emailed customer service. The Assistant Manager replied and helped me by making the ID’sfor me. She was super nice about it too. It was such a blessing. Thank you so much for helping me. My teens love their Student ID's. There are times when movie theaters, restaurants, or other venues will offer discounts with a Student ID. My teens never had an ID to take advantage of the discounted prices, until now. The Student and Teacher ID's are of good quality, and not a cheap flimsy card.

I purchased a school id card for each of my kids (10 and 12) because we will be traveling this summer and my oldest is often assumed to be older. The cards are great! Look professional and are sturdy and will withstand being in a kid's wallet if needed.
My only "complaint" is that I did not see that the school year said 2017-18 and I put the wrong grade on the cards. I guess I assumed that since I ordered them in April, it would be for this school year. Not a big deal, but I honestly don't remember being told what school year I was working with.
