At last, a complete GenJ civics course! Offered as an
online course, iCitizen: Civic Literacy for Young Americans
will equip your student with the practical and historical knowledge
every American needs to be an engaged citizen.
The course highlights the purpose of the Constitution,
the structure of America's government and economic system, the role
of American diplomacy, expressions of patriotism, and provides an
introduction to American parties and politics. Perfect as a
half-credit, stand-alone civics course, iCitizen is also
excellent preparation for accelerated middle school students and
for freshmen or sophomores planning to take an advanced American
government course (such as AP U.S. Government and Politics) during
their junior or senior year. See the syllabus below for details or
read the first chapter for free below!
Online or Print? While there is not a
print edition at this time, the entire text of iCitizen, the
syllabus, and the glossary can be printed as PDFs (about 300
single-side pages) should your student prefer to read iCitizen on
paper. The quizzes and final exam are the only component that is

8/19/2013 – Since this is only a half credit course, can you recommend a suitable course to go along with it without being redundant . . .
8/14/2013 – When I purchase this course, is the $30 member price for members of HSLDA or only for Gen. Joshua members? Also, is . . .
7/25/2013 – Adding to the question about an answer key for the review questions...if you are concerned about having the answers to the . . .
7/15/2013 – Based upon the recent customer review (a complaint), did iCitizen produce an answer sheet or key?
