I purchased a high school diploma and case to help us commemorate my 17 year old son's graduation from high school. The quality of the case and the certificate is fine, but the seal is supposed to include a ribbon. I was emailed directions on how to apply the ribbon and seal to the diploma, but there was no ribbon enclosed. It's a silly thing to be disappointed about... I mean, obviously I can just find a piece of ribbon and do this myself... but I did pay $30.00 for this item, and I would have hoped to have received a complete diploma.
